Burindi at 60: the whole world rejoice as Burundi celebrate their 60 Years of independence

The East African country, Burundi celebrates her 60 Years of independence today as the whole enjoins with them to celebrate their feat in becoming independent for 60 years and still  counting

The celebration was held in Bujumbura with a military parade and a guest of honor from all over the world. 

During the ceremony, the Burundian president Mr Evariste Was full of praised for the new Burundi and further solicit for unity among the people in the country. 

He said: “People who disturb our countries should not be welcomed in these Western countries. As long as these people have countries in which they can settle down and live in peace, they will continue to disturb African countries. So, if the international community wants peace in Africa, we ask them to not welcome on their soil anyone who disturbs African countries,”
