Days after South Africa’s head of international relations and cooperation Mr. Naledi Pandor issued a shocking warning to the Russians asking them to halt their military exercise in Ukraine, they have since then found the right means to amend their diplomatic ties with Russia again.
After the strong warning from the head of international relations and cooperation who had warned Russia to respect Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, President Cyril Ramaphosa has, however, taken the sides of Russian blaming the current invasion on the leadership of the United States, Joe Biden.
According to the president, Mr. Cyril Ramaphosa, he opined that if Joe Biden had honored the meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin a few days before the invasion began, the war probably wouldn’t have started.
