Ugandan citizen has today sentenced to Ugandan citizen to 5 years in prison after he was found guilty of animal parts trafficking by the UK court.
The judgement was made by the court after the man named Moazu Kromah was found guilty for conspiring for trafficking rhinos horns and elephant ivory worth millions of dollars
Moazu who was found guilty was extradited to the United States of America where he faced trials for his offense three years ago from Uganda
The offender pleaded not guilty of the offense but however admitted to be part of the gang that transported over 150kg of rhinos horns and 10 tons of elephant ivory worth $7m
The animal parts are confirmed to be transported from East Africa to US buyers and south Asia where rhinos horns are mostly soughts.
